There’s a lot about this story I don’t understand — copyright intricacies make my eyes glaze over — but I’m tickled that a small city in North Dakota is fighting to get Canadian television and vowing not to rest until they manage it.
Meanwhile, as the US writers strike looks further from a resolution than ever (my laugh of the day came from the funny-because-its-true-ly titled post Strike Watch: Dear God, This Thing Is Going to Last Forever Edition), Canadians might finally be eager to watch Canadian television themselves.
There are those of us down here in JesusLand (actually I’m in Mass., so you know we’re all damned) who watch “Air Farce” online, and wish we had a bit more Canadian TV to watch.
I guess with the strike, more Americans (Jesusland and not) might be wishing that now, too.
